For associating the price to the options in the drop down boxes I used a VLOOKUP, in the lookup value I click on the boxes in the d column, and in “table array”, I highlighted the menu that was relevant to the box *i.e. - crusts or sides. I put a 2 under col_index_num
And False in range lookup.

The macro was made by going “tools- macro-record macro” then using print- print selection and stop recording. I had difficulties with what area the macro printed off, for example, it would print on several pages instead of compressing onto one (landscape and portrait), I needed to simply redo the macro for this problem.

Then using data, validation, set the “allow” column to list, and clicking on the row of the “deep pan”

Today i wrote up my user specification in its entirety, researched pizza hut to see what toppings, basses, sides and dips it uses, and designed a rough version of the spreadsheet.
i also decided to change my business to a pizza shop, for simplicity.

For my coursework piece,i shall be working on the theme of a small printing business.
